Water Exercise = Less Joint Pain!
What a great way to get fit. The natural buoyancy and resistance of water provides an effective work out environment with less joint stress. Water Aerobics is a great way to burn calories, build muscle, and improve flexibility. Principles of stretching, toning, cardio, land running, and core strengthening are all incorporated into a fun water workout for total body conditioning. Exercising in water is pleasurable, comfortable, refreshing, and invigorating!

Geared toward people who want good cardio respiratory fitness. You will be working with a range of exercises to challenge upper and lower body. Hand, arm, and waist buoys are used if needed. Increase your stamina and endurance while protecting joints and bones. Increase your upper and lower body strength while burning calories, building muscle, improving flexibility and cardio strength.
Class times: M/W/F 6am - 7am, 7am - 8am, 6pm - 7pm, 7pm - 8pm
Aqua Stretch & Tone
Geared toward people who are in pain and not very mobile. Class focuses on major muscle groups as well as lesser, mostly water resistance streching and toning workout in shallow end. Low or no-impact and increased resistance. Increase your stamina and endurance while taking it easy on your joints and bones. Specially designed equipment increases the benefit of every movement in the water. May use noodles and hand buoys.
Class times: M/W/F 10am - 11am and 11am - 12pm
$103.35 w/tax for the M/W/F sessions for 8 weeks or $98.12* w/tax if paid by cash or check
