Aqua Stretch & Tone
Geared toward people who are in pain and not very mobile. Class focuses on major muscle groups as well as lesser, mostly water resistance streching and toning workout in shallow end. Low or no-impact and increased resistance. Increase your stamina and endurance while taking it easy on your joints and bones. Specially designed equipment increases the benefit of every movement in the water. May use noodles and hand buoys.
Class times: M/W/F 10am - 11am and 11am - 12pm
